Vee: People get wrong numbers; it's a thing that happens. Sometimes the person at the other end of the line just hangs up without saying anything when they realize they've made a mistake, sometimes they're confused and ask what number they've called, and sometimes they just refuse to believe you're not the person they've called.
Jaime: We get so many calls from this man that we've developed an entire backstory and personality for him; it seems an incredible feat that after all this time and correspondence he still hasn't grasped the simple concept that we are not faking our Canadian accents, and in one case gender, just to confuse him.
